Activities in the past ...
The Telugu people in Hong Kong are very enthusiastic in celebrating Ugadi as a Community , in a very traditional way and are also quite  zealous about Outdoor activities and look forward to it every year .  Ugadi is  usually celebrated within  the weekend following Ugadi of the  Telugu Calendar - usually March/April  , while the outdoor acivity  is arranged as a Picnic  ( Vanabhojanam ) at the green and lusturous landscapes of Hong Kong Islands during the Telugu month " Kaartikamasam " , which is around the September / October months  .  Hong Kong has beautiful weather at this period of  time and people enjoy the Nature's beauty and have  great
time and get  to know & meet more Telugu people from Hong Kong  , Shenzen and Macau.
